Team Management
Find a Team
KeeperBox was designed for ease of use when managing one or many teams.
If this is your first time signing into KeeperBox, you will be presented with two buttons. Tap “find a team” to bring up the search menu. If you already have teams added to your profile, tap the ""Search" button at the top of the "Teams" tab.
Usually, searching the first few letters of your desired team should be enough to bring it up in the list.
Tap the plus icon next to the team name to add it to your profile.
Tip:
If for some reason you don’t see your team in the list, it's possible the coach/admin of the team has restricted spectator viewing. They will need to turn on the "allow team in search” setting.
Register Your Team
KeeperBox makes it easy to create a new team from scratch as well.
If this is your first time signing into KeeperBox, you will be presented with two buttons. Tap “create a team” to bring up the registration menu. If you already have teams added to your profile, tap the menu button at the top right, then tap “create a team”.
Type in a name for your team, and a name for the season (i.e. “Spring 2022”)
(Optional) Select a team color. Team colors only show up if you haven't uploaded a photo for your team logo.
(Optional) Upload a team logo!
Team colors and logos are an easy way for spectators to distinguish your team from others.
Select your desired registration period.
Tap Create team.
Once the payment finishes processing, your team will be created and you are ready to begin entering players and schedules!
Tip: If your registration period expires, not to worry! KeeperBox will keep your team stats safe, but access will be limited. You can add months to your registration at any time. For instance, if you select a 1 month registration period and later decide you need an additional month, the time will be added onto the end of your current period. Registration can be done at any time after expiration and you can pick up exactly where you left off.
Team Overview
Quickly see a snapshot of all your team schedules, and in-progress games.
This screen is where you can view an overview of all the teams registered to your profile, and switch between them for viewing and entering stats.
Teams cards are organized alphabetically and will show the next upcoming game if any.
Switching between teams can be done by tapping the "Select" buttons on the team card. The current active team will show a green checkmark, and the team name will be displayed at the top of the screen.
Unfollowing a Team
To unfollow a team, swipe the team card to the left and tap the "Unfollow" button.
