Team Admins

Teams are managed by owners and admins.

When a team is registered, by default the person responsible for creating the team is designated as the team owner.

Team owners have control of all the team settings and can control admin access for other users.

Many teams will have multiple coaches and statisticians who will need the ability to add, modify and delete data. KeeperBox makes this process simple.

To add a user as an admin, tap the settings gear at the top left corner of the Team Overview tab.

Scroll down to Privacy Settings and toggle on "Allow requests for admin access".

Next, have the person who needs admin access find your team in their app, and go to the settings screen.

On their device tap "Request Admin Access".

Now on your device tap "Team admins"

You should see their email address in your list. To give them admin access, simply tap their email, and confirm the prompt.

Team Settings

Team admins can control privacy settings.

Allow requests for admin access enables a button for spectators to make requests to a team owner to delegate editing rights.

Allow viewing player profiles will restrict spectators from viewing any player profiles. Spectators will still be able to see player names, but no detailed season stats.

Show team in search will hide your team from KeeperBox search results. This prevents new users from following your team stats. This can be turned off at any time, but any spectators who are already following your team will not be affected.

Notifications

Notifications are team specific, so you only get the alerts you want.

Turn on just goal notifications for one team, and everything for another. Simply toggle on the alerts you want and KeeperBox will keep you in the loop.
